How to create a new Google AdWords account without adding billing data and without creating the first required campaign (not using MCC)?

When creating a new account, Google requires you to create the first campaign and add billing data.

Problem:

- this is not your account, you do not have billing data;

- this is your account, but you are not an ads expert, so you don’t know which campaign is better to create;

- you do not want to waste time creating a campaign right now;

- you don't have billing data right now;

Solution:

Step 1: Go to https://ads.google.com/ and click “Sign In” or “Start Now” (same thing)

Step 2: On the screen for creating a new campaign, you will be asked to select "your main advertising goals" - click "Switch to Expert Mode" (small blue link at the bottom of the page).

Step 3: On the screen that appears, you will be offered more goals to choose from ("Sales", "Leads", "Website traffic", etc.) - click "Create an account without campaign" (small blue link).

Step 4: On the next page, select your country, time zone, currency and click "Submit"

Step 5: Congrats! You’re all done! Explore your new account.
