How to add people to your FB Business Manager?

How to give access to your FB Business Manager?

What access to give an ad manager or agency to work with your ads on FB?

What you need:

• You must have an FB Business Manager account (see "How to create an FB Business Manager account")

Step 1: Go to your FB Business Manager account - https://business.facebook.com (select the one you need if you have several)

Step 2: Go to Business Settings

Step 3: Select the "People" section and click on the "Add" button

Step 4: Enter the work email address of the person you want to add

Step 5: Click on “Advanced Options” and select access levels.

Note: Usually, for full-fledged work, a manager will need full admin access to all resources. If you work with an agency, you can add them as partners in the "Partners" section, and then they themselves will assign roles for their employees. This method is safer, but not always suitable

Step 6: Assign Access to different tools (you can also do this later by clicking on the "Add Asset" button next to the username). Give the manager access to your ad account, FB page, FB pixel, product catalog, or app (if you have one).
